iPadDoodler Privacy Policy
Fixdit, Ltd. ("Fixdit", "we", "us", "our" or "iPadDoodler") operates iPadDoodler.com. We take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. This policy describes iPadDoodler's usage and sharing of personally identifiable information ("PII") as well as data that can, under certain circumstances, indirectly lead to PII ("Related Data”) that Members voluntarily provide to iPadDoodler. The Term "User" refers to a Visitor or Member.
Information Collection and Use
Some of the services iPadDoodler offers do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information, such as accessing the object viewers. In order to provide our full range of services to you, we may collect the following types of information:
General: iPadDoodler collects personally identifying information when you register for a iPadDoodler account, when you use certain iPadDoodler products or services, or when you enter the pages of certain iPadDoodler partners outside the branded iPadDoodler network.
Registry and profile information: When you register with iPadDoodler, we require you supply your chosen username and a contact email address. Other information we ask for are your name, birth date, gender, post code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. Once you register with iPadDoodler and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to iPadDoodler.
Fixdit Members may also choose to provide or store information and Related Data in their profiles, including but not limited to birth date, gender, post code, occupation, interests, hobbies, lifestyle choices, groups with whom they are affiliated (universities, companies), private messages, and personalised avatars (collectively known as "Profile Information"). The Profile Information in a Member’s profile is provided at his or her sole discretion. Please be aware that your Profile Information, as well as any information posted to any public forum, can be accessed by the public. Profile Information located on profiles inaccessible by an anonymous Visitor can still be accessed by iPadDoodler at all times and, in limited cases, by certain third parties authorised by iPadDoodler.
Log information: When you use iPadDoodler services, the servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information including your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. iPadDoodler allows other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of iPadDoodler's pages to set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to iPadDoodler's cookies.
General purposes: iPadDoodler uses information for the following general purposes: to personalise the advertising and content you see, based on the details given by you at registration and your activity at iPadDoodler, fulfil your requests for products and services, improve iPadDoodler's services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal, external clients and companies.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
iPadDoodler will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone unless the following limited circumstances apply.
iPadDoodler may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:
1.1 We have your consent to share the information;
1.2 We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
1.3 We need to assist iPadDoodler clients and third parties to track visits and changes to their objects;

iPadDoodler may transfer information about you if iPadDoodler acquires, or is acquired by or merged with, another company. In this event, iPadDoodler will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a new privacy policy.
We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of Members who have showed they were 'experiencing an issue' in a certain area of a country for a particular object. Such information does not identify you individually.

Information security
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorised access to or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of iPadDoodler's data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorised access to systems where we store personal data.
We restrict access to personal information to iPadDoodler employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve iPadDoodler's services. Some of iPadDoodler's services have different procedures to access, correct or delete users' personal information.

iPadDoodler reviews the compliance with this Policy on a regular basis.
